The Korean governement should make an official law limiting only the Big 3 to debut Idol groups

Too many idols groups and entertainment companies.

trainees waste their college years training to debut and success is not guarenteed at all = trainees suffering after fail debut

So. Limit debuting idol groups to Big 3. If you don't get in the Big 3, then bye. Go get a college degree and get a job like the rest of the world

and dont worry if faves are talented they will debut but under Big 3 and your fave songs will be released under Big 3 since producers will all work for Big 3

I think this is a good idea. saving generations from false hopes and dreams

So basically granting the B3 a triopoly?

Instead of that the bar should be higher for official companies training idols under contract (not indie artists) to be certified and legally able to debut artists. If your MV looks like it was made on a iPhone 3GS then that's a sure sign you won't be going anywhere.

Contracts especially need to be taken more seriously as you're playing with people's lives. Making 2$ a day is horrible, and sharing a bowl of ramen among 6 people is a crime. This is real in the K-Pop world.

That will restrict a lot of creativity and growth for kpop or korean music industry as a whole.

I expected stans of flop nugus to get butthurt

no we're mad because it's stupid because not everyone can make it into big 3 companies but that doesnt mean that they're bad just not what the company is looking for. gfriend, bts, two of some of the most popular groups in korea neither of which are from big 3 companies. trainees know what they're getting themselves into, they know the stats but nevertheless they pursue their dream and that isn't something that should be outlawed just because some anonymous up their own troll says so.

ehhhhh

I think most trainees know what they're getting themselves into

I think an age limit should be set instead THIRTEEN YEAR OLDS SHOULD NOT BE DEBUTING

why shouldn't they??

if its their dream/passion and they got the talent and the resources/opps why not??

better to start building your career earlier on than later tbh

??? Why tho??? The Big 3 may not even last forever. One company could fail or a new company could take over that spot.

You never know.

If they do that my delulu dreams of BigBang starting a new company and taking everyone under YGE except YG himself will be dashed.
