I just started reading Defoe's A Journal of the Plague Year and Brandon Sanderson's The Alloy of Law. They're pretty different but I'm liking both so far.

I once tried to read the book you're reading now, it was really too slow for my taste.. let me know if the slow burn is worth it in the end.

 

And I'm finishing An Ember in the Ashes.. I also regretted starting this book so late. It's dual POV, and both sides are equally interesting ilikeitplz.png
