I guess it was just a matter of their personalities clashing—they both have pretty strong personalities so I can see why that would happen. Maybe the fact they're both main vocalists and the ensuing competition played a part in that too, but that's just speculation really. Funnily enough, Sungyeol and Myungsoo didn't use to get along pre-debut either and now they're the best of friends Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's true they used to dislike each other pre debut mentioned on Infinite Sesame Player and Beatle Code but never told us why. Apparently they were about to throw punches at each other but didn't instead they just had a stare down. Bear in mind they both have different personalities so that may also be one of the reasons they clashed. However, they become close throughout the years. Their bond is amazing. They have good chemistry because they are able to get on well with each other. I know they do lots of fanservice but I believe some things are real, you can tell they have genuine friendship. They do things outside schedule too the only reason we know these things because they get recognised by fans. Out of all the members as of now they seem to do lot of things outside schedule with each other. They respect each other and Sunggyu mentioned Woohyun is a loyal friend many times and also once said in a backstage interview said Woohyun is like a younger brother and friend. Woohyun always compliment him and supports him. They are not perfect like all friendship you can argue with each other, when they are not on speaking term you can feel the tension and the vibe. Although, their argument don't last long. Also you can pretty much tell Sunggy has a special spot for Woohyun his not that strict on him than the other members. I'm not really a Woogyu shipper I hate their fans but you can't deny Sunggyu pampers Woohyun more than the other members and you can see genuine friendship. Woogyu shippers are worst I remember there was a time the shippers gone too far that at one point both Sunggyu and Woohyun became awkward with each other.
