ArticleWanna One's agency under controversy for asking fans to supply lunch boxes for staff "Unfounded rumor, it was a misunderstanding"

1. [+1,796, -26] What kind of agency doesn't even provide their own staff with food? They're too busy working everyone to death for money and demanding fans of unreasonable things tsk tsk

2. [+1,652, -23] It's so obvious that this agency only views the fans as money opportunities ã…‹ã…‹ the fact that they're holding a concert after only two albums ^^

3. [+1,369, -49] Do you fans still not realize what you are to them ã…‹ã…‹

4. [+102, -2] The agency should be paying for their own meals... enough with the beginning

5. [+100, -3] Lunchboxes are $30 per serving? Do you realize these fans receive $30 a month in allowance?

1. [+597, -2] YMC keeps saying that they never set a specific amount for the lunchboxes but that's not what's important, what's important is that they asked fans to pay for lunchboxes at all ã…¡ã…¡ please go back and give proper feedback

2. [+578, -5] Apparently YMC said no to sandwiches and said they'd accept lunchboxes ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ so hilarious that they think they can just demand these things. 60 staff in Seoul, 40 in Busan, it's fact that YMC asked for fans to provide lunchboxes for the entire staff!!!

3. [+538, -2] YMC rejected all the congratulatory flowers because they're difficult to get rid of but contacted the fan support team for lunchboxes to feed their own bellies... Please stop putting your efforts in useless areas and take better care of Wanna One.

4. [+462, -4] YMC seriously takes fans for fools. Stop retorting our claims in the media ã…¡ã…¡ you still haven't rejected lunchbox offers ã…‹ã…‹ and it looks like you want them to at least be worth $30?

5. [+117, -1] Fact is that YMC asked fans to pay for the lunchboxes of their staff and when fans asked if sandwiches would be okay, they said no, they wanted lunchboxes ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ Wanna One's the star, not YMC. You're already taking 25% of their income, at least put it to proper use like upgrading their dorms and beds.

They really are trying to get everything they can before their cash cow disbands •~•

Don't get why they're so desperate when there's more p101 groups to come in the coming years.

Do you think Mnet will keep doing that forever lol.. Who knows how it will be in the future especially since the format is changing to produce 48 à la akb48

probably too poor to even pay their staff

Just imagine, currently WannaOne is their biggest money maker

The other current active artists are Ailee and Jessi. But the amount of activity they've been doing are enough for themselves, but doesn't seem to be highly profitable for YMC.

Then, they have Shin Bora which basically doing only small events as MC and has not been on broadcast for a long time.

Another two are nugu artists.

YMC is desperate to stay relevant. If Mnet stops partnering with them for the next produce show, or any talent show they'd be piss poor.
