It's a jpop song released around 2009 or earlier by a female singer. I can only remember a part where she's in a ferris wheel Does anyone have any idea what could this be? It's not this unfortunately... It's supposed to be from around 2009 or earlier because I watched it back when I used to attend japanese classes, in 2008-2009.
