Kstarnet 1,502 Posted December 8, 2017 Share Posted December 8, 2017 This problem has been persist for some time so I'll let it out now I used to open iTunes when I plugged in my iPhone4S into my laptop. iTunes will popped out and offer to backup my phone data but now I can't open at all without encountering this error, api-ms-win-crt-heap-l1-1-0.dll.
