Chanyeol - can literally do everything

Baekhyun - great singer and also a very good dancer, probably the 5th best dancer in Exo IMO

Dyo - great singer and actor

Kai - great dancer, maybe less "talent versatile" since he's focused on that one thing but he's incredibly good at it

Chen - one of the best vocals in kpop (probably the best active kpop bgroup vocal rt now), promising lyricist, recently started some designing stuff, played in a musical, rly improved in dancing 

Baek - great vocal, great variety presonality, plays the piano, played in a musical as well, same improved immensly in dancing

Chanyeol - plays countless instruments, composes, writes his songs, decent vocal and imo he's currently more than decent for a kpop rapper (people should really listen to newer EXO songs and stop trashing him)

Not saying chanyeol isn't talented

But quantity ≠ quality

He has a lot of talents but he's not excellent in any so a jack of all trades kind of guy

 

I'd say Baekhyun or Chen

Baekhyun - great singer, good pianist, slightly better than Chen at dancing (both are good)

 

Chen - awesome singer, ok-good lyricist (but idk I don't speak Korean), good dancing

 

Idk shit about dancing but I don't need to to know that Kai is awesome at it

I think the best well-rounded in EXO would be Baekhyun,  and DO. I think they are above average in all musical-related skills (singing, dancing, and more).

 

Baek's greatest talent, I think, would be his excellent communication skills. He expresses himself very well to his fans. I just don't know but there's just something about him that can easily draw and move people. I think that's talent.
