He was never charged and one of the woman was convicted of lying and extortion because she wanted compensation. --- People keep saying Kangin' s DUI was in 2016 not this year so he should not be on the list. Have people forgotten that he got into a physical altercation with his girlfriend or a prostitute because he was drunk and the police was called?
