ThankyouAndSorry 221 Posted December 3, 2017 Share Posted December 3, 2017 she has a good albeit generic voice, reach all the high notes too. rookie nervousness is reasonable reasons for imperfection during live performances. that said that the song & she won the #1 because of Yoon Jong Shin is the truth. but this is a reasonable calculated move by Yoon Jong Shin as the CEO of Mystic. I mean same reason why people like slow songs that we have in America too. When songs are always upbeat/edm and all that, its a nice pace of change to listen to something slow and mellow with good lyrics. Same reason why Sam Smith's songs do so well, 7 Years from Lukas Graham was a huge hit, See you again was a sensation, and much more (although the ones I listed arent ballad, they are slow songs tho) In Korea, Idols are everywhere and almost will always release something you can dance to so yeah.
