Tagaytay is really nice and near to Manila so I'm not surprised, but with the colder cities in PH I prefer Baguio cause of the flower festival

I live very near lmao yes its colder than the average Philippine city, and its also just 2 hours away from the main cities outside of rush hour. Near the beaches of Batangas, hot springs of Laguna, lots of dining options.

 

The negative aspect of Tagaytay is the insane weekend traffic because of the tourist crowd, the lack of mass public transit, and the morning fog which makes driving quite dangerous. Nearly got hit by a speeding cargo truck as I was driving out of a supermarket parking lot a few hours ago.
