He and his group of friends that came with him don't talk to the rest of the class unless it's me they seem nice though He randomly asked for my number and where I live last week, even though we never really talked before (I'm not counting a FB like spam, short texting about college stuff and a message at 3am). Now we're texting and he told me that he thinks I'm cute and interesting, and when I asked what he meant he said "Only time will tell" and that I'm very pretty. Be clear, tell him you're not interested. There's no uncertainty there and if he starts continuing it afterwards then you have a reason to be rude. At the end of the day, how do people expect people to date if they aren't honest when they find someone attractive? Not replying to his messages is just rude. Tell him.
