Song finger topped the variety ‘most discussed’ lists.

 

Their own idol variety shows was produced by Na PD ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹
‘Youth Of Flowers’ which Song Mino got for WINNER.

The PD from the ‘Reply’ series new drama had high competition.

Went personally to go audition directly and got the role
Prison Playbook: Kang Seung Yoon.

Shin Won Ho PD didn’t know about WINNER . When he first saw him, he didn’t have high expectations but at the end recognised his acting skills.

Lee Seung Hoon who always requested to go on ‘Animal Farm’
In the end, all of WINNER went on ‘Animal Farm’
(Kim Jinwoo who eats medicine in order to raise his cats; Song Mino with his skilful cat who he even cuts its toenails for; Lee Seung Hoon with his dog Haute that he had since he was small and told Haute to salute)

 

They’ve gone on all the famous PD’s programs ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ

They compose their own songs, do their own choreography, get their own TV appearances and radio schedules.

YG did not even bother promoting Youth over Flowers while it was airing. He gave all his new gen groups a reality show but Winner got this opportunity thanks to Mino.

 

Seungyoon auditioned for Prison's Playbook himself and got the role. Shin Wonho PD didnt even know he was in Winner lmao

 

Seunghoon is the one who got them on Animal Farm sending a love call to the PD while on a radio show. Same for Jinwoo on Kim Shinyoung's Noon Song of hope, he sent a love call to Yoo Jaesuk and later got called for Infinite Challenge.

 

Their company ain't doing shit for them so instead of waiting around the corner they make things happen. I'm so proud, YG can choke.

It is so good. I’m not sure if you watch Reply Series or not but it has an almost similar vibe to it. It’s funny but also has some serious content in it. It’s receiving high rating so far and knetz found the theme refreshing, I recommend to watch

I'd appreciate that you not say this as if the other groups were shown better treatment, mainly because it leads to in house fighting.  Which I honestly don't get, because all his "new gen groups" don't get the proper promotion that the fans want or that they deserve.  Take IKON for example; 'Rebellious School Trip' is not an IKON exclusive reality show, was and continues to be poorly promoted and the air time is at midnight when the majority of their fans are kids.  I would talk about BP as well, but I think everyone and their grandmothers know that they are hands down the most under-promoted new gen group from YG.

 

And Winner did get a reality show, or rather two - Winner TV and Half Moon Friends.

 

YG can eat shit, I'm level with you there.  He doesn't even properly take care of the group that raised his label to the status it is today and sends them on 94328531259350 fan meets and tours.  But I genuinely do not understand when people raise issues with how their bias groups are unfairly treated by talking about other acts under the same label, when said acts are just as unjustly treated.

I'm literally just stating facts here. The point was to show YG literally produced 2 new shows for his new gen groups this year (I'm talking about 2017 because this is the year where he has somehow show improvement in promotions) while Winner got nothing tho they also are in the company. It's not about the group's themselves but how YG sees Winner and treats them, how they have to make opportunities for themselves otherwise nothing would happen and they will continue to be paid dust.

 

Since you mentioned Half Moon Friends, let me remind everyone of that article YG released back when it was airing, saying he was "disappointed" with the ratings. For a company that's supposed to support their group, is that something you would say? Bringing your own group down? He doesn't give af about them and only remembers their existence when his own interests are at stake. Funny how they blew up this year and the shows they are in are not even comparable to mix9 in terms of ratings. Karma.
