Jiwon leads the greeting but she never have been praised for her leadership, that's why I thought Saerom would be the leader because even if she failed as a leader in Whistle Team, it wasn't really her fault, i doubt someone could have do better than her with Haein in the same group... And she seems to be a mature person, maybe because she's the oldest? I think we have to remember that Jiwon is one of the girls that has more experience in this idol field as she has been training for so long has already been part of two audition show and she seems like a great speaker.
