We were at the store and she asked me if I liked a sweater, and I said, that depends if it's for her or me, and she told me to just answer the question and got impatient with me when I just wanted her to tell me if she was interested for herself or not. That would have changed my answer entirely. I mean I could have said yes or no to her question, like she wanted, but I have enough sweaters and felt like saying yes would be interpreted as me saying I wanted it for myself. I could have also said no, because I don't need sweaters, but then what if she had been asking for herself? In the end she never told me who she was asking for and we left it at that. I was annoyed.
