Can anyone give me a good rec? I don't have time to go through the first episodes of many dramas to take my pick but here are my primary requests

  • Chinese, Korean, Japanese or Thai
  • Drama either finished or more than 70% done
  • Less than six months old
  • Hits you in the feels. I want to feel invested in the characters & the story.

Thanks so much!

I am watching Save Me now and it is pretty intense. It is about saving a girl from a cult.

It feels dark, is the ending satisfying?

The package hits feels .

Has Lee Yeonhee learned to act now? I couldn't get invested in her characters except in the Gumiho drama since her acting is quite stale for me.

Drama to drama she's a bit of a hit and miss. This was one of her better performances. If you can't stand her in first episode no one is stopping you from dropping it.

The end wasn't THAT satisfying to me. I wanted them to ALL die slow painful deaths but only some of them died; one death was very good btw, but the rest of them lived and most of them were still brainwashed.

oh maybe I won't watch this then. I think I need a happy ending right now after a stressful week.

A Love So Beautiful. Chinese drama about 2 teens falling in love, currently a huge hit in China with 11 episodes subbed on YouTube.

Spoil me...do they grow up?

Idk but can someone recommend me an asian drama/movie in which the story's during the 80's/90's (other than the reply series)

Movie: Our Times

Better than Reply imho
