I'm not the type to get irritated easily irl but lately, my tolerance for a coworker's child's play and annoyance is disappearing. I can't tell my boss because that coworker and my boss are the same race and my boss literally favors the employees who are his own damn race!

If your boss is treating people differently and favoring a certain race then his behavior is discriminatory which can easily evolve into racism if not checked.

Do they do it knowingly or unknowingly? Everyone has implicit biases to a certain extent that unknowingly cause us to favor certain ethnicities, sexes, etc over others. It's when it becomes a known and controllable action that it become problematic.

oh I'm pretty sure my boss knows it. He scolds another person for doing something he don't like but when his favorite does the same thing he don't say sh*t.

Same!! In my case, I believe my boss is having an extra marital affair with my coworker. He believes she is the only one putting in that "extra" effort in work when the fact is that he gives her all the damn opportunities. I can't talk shit because I am the only one in the office who is not of their race!!
