Coraline was my favorite visual-wise (stop motion animation!!! <3) but I found myself voting Monster House for all of them. I didn't like Paranorman all that much.

I like them all equally but it was a toss up between Coraline and Monster's house for spookiest.

Paranorman ftw, love that movie and then Coraline. None of them were scary, but enjoyable.

Coraline - not scary so much as dark

Paranorman - Coraline's is probably more involved, but I enjoyed Paranorman's more. 

None - although Coraline for sure had the most depth

I haven't seen the other 2, but I watched Coraline a while back and it left a deep impression.  I wouldn't say it's scary, but it's very dark for a children's animation.  I'm embarrassed to say that I'm in my twenties, but I don't think I'd see it again because it's quite haunting...
