Usually their talent... like "wow that guy has a great voice"

It really depends for me. Sometimes it'll be their voice, sometimes the hair (like Chaeyoung w/short hair-I never noticed her until her hair was cut tbvh)

For female in survival shows, I usually notice them when they have short hair, like The Unit's Yebin and Hyosun, and MIXNINE's Sarada.
