I think its mostly blaming how melon work. U don't see stuff like that with spotify or apple music chart. They do a much better job a representing corect charting. But melon don't want to do that cause it would hurt idols and then make kpop seem less popular. There's many options like to limit the number of stream from one account counted per 30m.
