Are you all right? Can you report your supervisor to HR?

I already did. But all he did was cold shoulder me and I can't help but hold a grudge because he never. Fucking. Apologized. He used to be my coworker before he got promoted to my supervisor.

Can you speak to any other person from management?

I don't want him to lose his job, he's a hard af worker and he deserves his promotion, but him as MY BOSS?! Fuck outta here. Sad I'm semi-defending his nasty ass.

Even if he is a hard worker, he crossed a line that should have never been crossed. He should face consequences for sexually harassing you even if that consequence means losing his job--that's really all on him to be honest. You really shouldn't feel bad for him because it's likely that he's going to target other co-workers too.

If you  don't want to personally be the one that reports him, can you get another co-worker to do it?

I can't even if I tried. Everyone uses the excuse "he's socially awkward, he doesn't know right from wrong" and I feel like that's bullshit. It's common sense not to say the shit that he said to me. There is literally nothing I can do. It's good one of my coworkers quit after he go promoted. I'd rather him as my supervisor anyway.

Honestly, whether he's a hard worker or not is irrelevant. If he harassed you and refused to apologize after being reported to HR, he needs to be dealt with properly. This is a serious issue, because whatever he did to you could happen again to you or someone else - and it may even be worse the next time around. And unfortunately, even if you don't personally go to management, he's going to suspect that you had a hand in him getting in trouble either way - so you may have to bite the bullet or just not do anything at all (which clearly hasn't been working so far).

That is just horrible, though. Whatever happens, I truly hope this situation is resolved soon so that you can have some peace of mind. Having to work with someone like that after such a destabilizing experience sounds like hell.

I cannot believe that your co-workers are even defending him. I am so sorry that you have to put up with this BS. Hope someone eventually comes through for you and reports him.

Thank you. Hopefully someone does. At least I have a new coworker who sees all of the shit that goes on around the place.
