Sad I'm semi-defending his nasty ass. Even if he is a hard worker, he crossed a line that should have never been crossed. He should face consequences for sexually harassing you even if that consequence means losing his job--that's really all on him to be honest. You really shouldn't feel bad for him because it's likely that he's going to target other co-workers too. Everyone uses the excuse "he's socially awkward, he doesn't know right from wrong" and I feel like that's bullshit. It's common sense not to say the shit that he said to me. If he harassed you and refused to apologize after being reported to HR, he needs to be dealt with properly. This is a serious issue, because whatever he did to you could happen again to you or someone else - and it may even be worse the next time around. And unfortunately, even if you don't personally go to management, he's going to suspect that you had a hand in him getting in trouble either way - so you may have to bite the bullet or just not do anything at all (which clearly hasn't been working so far). That is just horrible, though. Whatever happens, I truly hope this situation is resolved soon so that you can have some peace of mind.
