Even if she doesn't do well she's going to be getting a bigger portion of income so hopefully she'll be fine. For Jay Park, one of the main things that helped him was that he had all the connections in the world, to make good music, to make good videos, etc. Hyolyn is just like that. SO many people in the industry love her, not even just in Korea but internationally. Last year when she performed at SXSW, she went because promoters saw her perform in Japan and liked her so much that they invited her. Also, Jay Park keeps money flowing by constantly doing concerts and live performances and according to people who've went, Hyolyn's lives are legendary. So I think she'll be fine as long as she keeps a steady schedule of performances. I'm really happy for her. Starship is fine for some people. But it was very clear that they believed that the members and the group had plateaued. Which, it's fine to be practical in that sense but to not do anything about was so wack.
