Not many ESL students can achieve that high of a score on an English proficiency test in less than 3 months worth of study. I think K-Netz might be thinking that this kind of thing is similar to idols who go into top universities without showing of their exams scores to prove they did not get in through special admission. TOEIC = English proficiency test. You've never heard of it? You need to be able to pass it or any of the other official English proficiency tests (TOEFL or IELTS) if you want to be able to obtain citizenship/permanent residency or a job or attend school in an English-speaking country.
