Siwon was on top before army because 1) his OST did well and 2) She Was Pretty did well and his character was charming. He's barely out of the army and already he's hated because of the unfortunate accident with his family's dog, attacking a neighbour and the man dying as a result. Also I love how the other members have "no presence" according to one knet, simply because they're probably trying to lay low and NOT get in a scandal. Pretty sure everyone agrees it's the opposite There was a time when he used to be seen as lazy, a diva and a chatterbox who insults everyone and he was popular but hated. Even if I didn't know Super Junior, I would know Heechul because I've seen him on Weekly Idol and Knowing Brother. If there is anyone who doesn't know who Super Junior are, they might learn about them thanks to him. So if anything he's bringing them attention, he's certainly not bringing them down in any way. SJ managed dont to have fillers, or visuals who simply looks good. Them all have a special talent or even few and continue improving on things they naturally wasn't good in. Heechul is naturally funny w/o trying, he is good for funny variety shows which arent as strict. He wasn't the best in singing at the beginning but he tried and improved.a lot. He maybe still not the best, but he throw other talents in. He isn't untalented. Idk even know how to write this word beside any SJ member tbh. It don't fit. They like and hate how its fitting to them rn. They hated on Heechul, Eunhyuk etc but suddenly they like them. They loved Siwon, Sungmin etc but suddenly they hate them. Tbh i think it all will turn like 100 times again whom they like and whom not with years of time. Knetz arent ready yet. It daily can change negativ but positive too.
