Usually I think about the money I'll get at the end of the month and look at the time and think "it's 6 ,ok 4 more hours" then as time passes I get excited lol i love it when my coworkers gossip rude/weird customers when they leave, i feel like i'm not the only one feeling that way and it's quite funny Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Problem is I am really good at customer service so they want to keep me :P I can handle most things but when you threaten to kill me or get really sexual, I’m done. Even though I know work a chat role, that shit bothers me. Like why would you threaten to kill me and all my colleagues because limited warranties are a thing and expire after a certain time and after that, repairs are paid...? Don’t like it...buy an insurance plan or an extended warranty...this shit is industry standard. No one expects a car company to pay for the repairs if you crash it (and it wasn’t a malfunction of the car) so why do people think their phones and computers should be covered if they drop it........
