Hola

I am a busy af person who often skips breakfast because I hate breakfast food. I don't like anything remotely sweet as it gives me nausea. I also eat in my car if I am starving because I prefer sleep rather than food.

Anyone has quickass savory/salty breakfast recipes I can prep the night before and grab on the go??

Danke

•Highfives• Savory food :3

I usually makes buns/dumplings and 大饼 in lots, and store them in the freezer. Takes out and just fry/steam when I want something quick to eat. But it does take time to prepair inb4.

just skip it.

the 'breakfast is important' mantra is a myth.

As a person working with children who often skip breakfast not out of choice but out of lack of food, I beg to differ. It improves your concentration, your immune system health and your metabolism.

I add those breakfast drinks (like ensure) to coffee, pour over ice because i like my coffee cold. It can be sweet, but it is an easy way to make sure you get what you need.

Overnight oats. You can prep them the night before then eat it straight the next day.

It is SO sweet. I lasted like 2 days

Sounds great tbh

i like overnight oats, you make it the night before so it's ready the next morning. you can add different things to it and it doesn't have to be very sweet. i like to add cinnamon. you can look up recipes on it, all you really need is oats, any type of milk, and any things you want to add like cinnamon/honey/fruits
