A fan trying to buy tickets got this response that processing her tickets will take a while longer due to the ticketing team not expecting the surge to be like this. Lol at the ticketing team sounding confused on why a BTS performance announcement made the sales rise ("Have you seen them perform before?") So it's highly unlikely that organizers for a music event that they will be at didn't see this coming. The organizers WILL DEFINITELY know but ticketing teams are usually outsourced (not part of the organizers, but assigned to a company that handles ticket services) Example of ticketing teams are ticketmaster, axs, ticketek.
