Latinos, Polynesians, Black people, and Asian people, do you live in a country where you are the "extreme" minority?

I don't mean like in a country like America how you are a minority because you are most likely able to find hundreds of thousands and sometimes millions of people like you.

 

I mean like in a country where it's really hard to find someone of your nationality, race, and ethnicity. An example being a Vietnamese person living in Haiti or a East Indian person living in Albania. You have a super high chance of not being able to find more than 10-20 people like you and an even higher chance of not finding anyone at all.

Although I'm not in extreme minority, I'm Chinese by blood and it's rare to meet Chinese with non-East Asian face like me

no, most latinos are mestizo, I am part black (because of my grandparents) but I have white family so i look mixed so definitely look like the rest

Canada, the town was mainly a mennonite community at that time my family came but since the provincial government established a family sponsor program the immigrant population really increased (but I was already long gone by then)

 

the country is actually known for its cultural diversity but it's really more prominent in big cities
