Lord knows I despise goldenskate with a passion but this video from them is undeniable well-made and got me hyped af, now that the race toward the Olympics has officially kicked off with Cup of Russia last week

Will be looking forward to Yuzuru Hanyu and Shoma Uno! Also supporting the only representative from South East Asia and the first one from his country to join Winter Olympics ever, Julian Yee.

one week in and i'm already panicking 

i swear to god yuzu is gonna give me a heart attack before the olympics have even started

I really want to see Javier new routine. I'm really proud of him because there is no tradition of figure skating in Spain nor a minimun support and he still made it that far, he is simply amazing!

 

Yuzuru is best overall (except for the creative part of the routines, I think) and Shoma Uno is a prodigy and I haven't see a male figure skater so graceful.

 

And I love Javier and Yuzuru friendship, it's a really competitive sport but they are really genuine when they congratulate the other.

I'm definitely rooting for yuzu of course!  the boy has wanted this specific gold ever since he was 10, that's 13 years of pining for 1 single prize.  (oh and also because I love him so there's that)
