I'm a huge fan of Loona and really like Ladies' code's music so I'll definitely be stanning this new group. Choi Hayoung and Lee Seoyeon are really pretty.

Do you mind explaining to me how SM rookies works? What I found on Google about it is pretty vague.

 

 

I'm expecting good music from this group, too. Polaris/BBC usually creates content of high quality. And Hayoung and Seoyeon are very talented.

I really hope Polaris managed to get some trainees from Japan and America etc. because I know they held auditions there but that doesn't necessarily mean they scouted anyone. I want there to be a Japanese member so badly lmaoo 

^^^ I really want some foreign members so that would be awesome if there are some in the group

I'm fine with however members but 5 does seem to be lower than the average for kpop groups right now. Ideally I would like 7 members.

Their can still be a lot of members but differentiate them to Loona. I think 7-9 would be good enough to have them different from Loona.

I also have this theory that  a lot of the trainees that were possible for Loona but didn't make it went to Polaris's group instead. We saw a lot of trainees in the loonatv episodes so it would make sense for the group to be a little bit bigger than 5.

Tbh Polaris Juniors' seems like a SM Rookies thing. This isn't the finalised lineup. Maybe they only want to introduce the trainees guaranteed to debut and then debut them with others that they've kept ''hidden''

Hello, i'm new to this thread! I just learnt today that polaris is lauching a predebut team so here i am hehe... I don't know if i'll stan the group but i'll keep a close eye on them!

 

Seoyeon seems to be pretty. I really like her first picture but I really dislike the second one so i'm anticipating her future pictures as well as video content of her.

 

I think the group will have between 5 members (the one in the teaser) and 7/8 members. I doubt it's the final line up, all the groups that I know which had predebut activities (Pristin, Gugudan, Red Velvet, Weki Meki ...) debuted with unknown members. I think the 5 ones in the teaser are the ones confirmed to debut and then they will had a few members at the last minute, just before their debuts. 

 

The girl with short hair in the teaser is definitely Suji, and I'm kinda anticipating her because we don't know anything about her skills and I was so disappointed that mix9 haven't posted her audition... 

I saw someone saying that one of them is probably Loona's Bambi but i don't know why but I don't think she is. I do think that some of BBC's trainees who were cut from Loona's line up will go to Polaris but I don't know if some of them will debut with the group. Polaris already have their own trainees so BBC's ex trainees don't have the priority to debut: if a Polaris girl is better then it's her who will debut and from what we've seen with Loona members, all of them had a short training period at BBC so I don't think that any other girl trained longer. Unless Polaris have really a few trainees or the BBC girls are super good, I doubt that the rest of the members of Polaris' ggroup will be BBC's ex trainees. Maybe one of two but no more.

I feel like in terms of visuals Polaris Girls are a bit lacking, not that they're ugly that's not the case whatsoever but so far we haven't seen any members who stand out visually compared to the rest. Like rn, looking at the members Hajeong, Hayoung, Seoyeon & Suji I can't pick out who'd be the visual. Maybe the other girl we saw in the video teaser will be the visual? 

I believe this will be a bigger group so I think we'll get a visual later.
