I have seen multiple threads trying to downplay RF's success just on the basis of RF dls for the last 2 weeks.

 

1st, all summer songs experiened major drops in the last 2 weeks including Gashina,Energetic and Aiiyl and Signal even charted out of top 100

 

2nd of all RF is still charting at #25 on melon daily chart in its 4th month (highest gg song atm)

 

3rd of all,its still doing better of all the gg songs when you compare total dls in the 15th week so it's way too early to say RF was overhyped by fans

 

The fact that people are ready to downplay RF's impact just on the basis of dl for the last two weeks are ignoring the fact that RF will still be charting pretty high when the awards season come up and everyone knows how much awards can help in increasing the longevity of an idol song (it did for Russian Roulette and RF will be getting awards too, maybe not a daesang but definitely bonsangs)

Lmao "overhyped by fans" it's unquestionable that Red Flavor was a huge hit. National Hit, no, but the fact that it was performed/covered/danced to by so many groups and idols, had military performances, and was even sang at a church shows that there's nothing overhyped about it rolleyes.gif Not to mention it surpassing 1.1 million downloads.  People have to be deluded to think a summer song still doing so well was overhyped because of two weeks of downloads ignoring the other 13, lmao

Oh and don't forget the only reason RF isn't slaying everyone is because it's rained during the summer and Heize kicked ass.

 

Don't forget RF isn't slaying as much is because Kim Jong un launched missile. Korean didn't feel like listening to RF at that time.

 

Don't forget SM didn't promote Rv.

 

Don't forget SM hates girlgroups.

 

All these affected RF in one way or another.

THIS. AIIYL is doing just as good as RF.... us blinks are calm we are just celebrating quietly. no one cares about red velvet winning a daesang i would be happy for them but reveluvs have been being this loud since july 

 

 

edit: negging when i didn't say anything bad about the group itself but merely calling out the stans... well yall arent proving me wrong neg away i guess

aiiyl is a month older and has surpassed RF multiple times on the hourly chart the past few days.. anyway I like red velvet so i'm not gonna do this with petty stans. No one is denying the fact that RF is a contender for soty but it'll be funny seeing how yall eat your words when they don't win

Energetic is always above RF on real time chart and yet it is still below RF on daily chart so using real time chartings to prove Aiiyl is doing as well as RF is stupid af

 

RF is still above Aiiyl on daily chart,the chart that matters (or atleast it is much important than real time chart)

What a joke, Reveluvs haven't been half as loud as certain other fandoms have been regarding their groups hit songs rolleyes.gif  And never got negative attention, you're delusional. This is probably the most positive feedback Red Velvet have ever gotten with a comeback
