Just keep refreshing around the time it's supposed to update if you've got the patience for it because level 3 mystery won goes out of stock in about a minute. It shows the exact time it restocks only on the same day that it restocks so after 12am your time (or whatever timezone you have in your settings). Anytime after that you can check out when the exact restock time is. Like right now if you check the "view more details" it shows this If you check after midnight it will show the exact time like for example "today 5:30pm" and if you're around and refreshing the won page around 5:40-6pm, you shouldn't miss it.
