Find satisfaction and sensual pleasure? I also have depression as well as take medication for it so even IK that's easier said than done. Maybe it's telling you that if you feel satisfied in taking antidepressants that do it. Do what you feel what's right in overcoming and you'll be happy...? Aside from the reading, if you do want to take pills I recommend to ask a psychiatrist about Escitalopram. I've been on it for years and it works for me.
