but how can I connect the two sentences by using facing? how should I translate it?! facing

i dont get what you mean by connecting the sentence using facing? are the players trying to face reality? whos facing who and what?

You shouldn't start sentences with "however" and I would remove either one of the "ofs" in the second sentence because it sounds repetitive and impedes the overall flow of the sentence.
