(A serious thread) Idols and dogs

Obviously I'm not speaking for all idols here, but a lot of them I've noticed shouldn't own dogs.

Most of the time they are left inside their apartment/home with just a poop mat and food and probably rarely go outside for a walk, especially when the idol has a busy schedule.

I've seen some that are grossly overweight (Jonghyun's dog) and they probably get really messed up when left alone inside for so long because they are social animals.

What do you guys think.... this goes not just for idols also but for any celebrities who buy animals but don't have the proper time to train them and take care of them.

If an idol has a busy schedule then they shouldn't own a pet dog - end of discussion. Who on earth is going to look after them? I've always wandered how idols had time to look after their pets...

I think most idols have caretakers that can walk the dog around outside, or even the manager? But yeah it's kinda sad for the dogs to be left alone always but even non-idols (people who are busy in general with career and work) who have dogs can relate to that too.

With that said, I think there are breeds that actually enjoy this set-up? Like the ones who are more indoors type and sleeps during the day when the owner is at work.

Yesung takes good care of his 2 dogs, goes on walks with them every time he can. Leeteuk is literally obsessed with his dog girl and seams to take her with him, if he can.

thats all i can say abt my biases..

I've been wondering too specifically for those who live alone with pets. Those who don't have time to take care of pet shouldn't raise one at all. Automatic pet feeder is not a solution even for cats.

I know have friend who hire a trainer whose takes care of the dog everyday. Probably they do the same idk. Could be costly but they make money so..

Most of my favs left the dog with their family or the dogs are originally their family dog, so they don't live with them at the dorm.
