sparkle dust 1,841 Posted October 18, 2017 Share Posted October 18, 2017 It's been -1 here for the past couple of days in the mornings and i freeze my butt off every single morning but nobody around me has started wearing a winter jacket yet because it goes up to like 15 degrees by the afternoon.... Its below freezing!" But to answer your question, I start wearing my winter jacket when it starts snowing heavily, otherwise I just wear a sweater.
