I like the comment that mentions that BTS vocalists don't try to match each other but instead have their own style - so true. And I love Jimin's tone, it's sweet and idk kind of calming?? Perfect Man and Serendipity are a great example of that. Sometimes he sings in a way almost like he is earnestly pleading with the listener (We Don't Talk Anymore cover). It makes for a very intimate and cozy listen. Last year, he did something really bold with his voice that I've never heard him do before. In Lie (WINGS), there's a part, like a sub ad-lib where he's like "OOoooaaAAH!!!" Kind of like a wail. Such a small touch but it gave a haunting, more sinister vibe. I was honestly so shocked it made the hairs stand up on my arms in a good way. I cannot remember him experimenting with his voice before in that manner. In fact, he does a few very unique things in that song that shows his overall potential. I think he has the unique capability of doing things that not many male singers can.
