October 15, in Los Angeles, a rap battle took place between the best American battler Dizaster and the best rapper & battler Oxxxymiron.

Rap battles are very developed in Russia. There is a rap playground for this "Versus", a bar 1703 in St. Petersburg. Battles with famous rappers gain many millions of views:

- Oxxxymiron VS Johnyboy (40,2M views)
- Khovansky VS Larin (33,8M views) It's between the two youtubers
- Oxxxymiron VS Slava CPSU (25,2M views)
- Eldar Jarakhov VS Larin (23M views) It's between the two youtubers
- Oxxxymiron VS ST (19,6M views) 

The other issues have from 1 million to 5 million views.

Canadian battleground - King Of The Dot Entertainment also known as KOTD, is a rap battle league founded in Toronto, Canada in 2008. The company's HQ is based in Toronto, Ontario, from which it gets its name. Successful music artists such as 360, and Madchild have battled in King of the Dot.

It is not popular at all, if you compare it with the Russian Versus.
