What has the most idol interaction, fan meet or fan sign?

So A pink is having a fan meet the 19th of April, however I'm going to Korea in May so I'm missing it. What I'm after is to actually get to talk to my idols.

Do fan meets or fan signings give the best opportunities for this? I haven't been to either so I wouldn't know. Should I feel bad for missing A pinks fan meet or wouldn't I have been able to talk to them anyway?

You can rarely get close to idols during fan meeting. Most fan meetings are mainly about performances (some fan meetings have hi-five events etc.) while fan signings are mainly about interaction with the fans. You can get close to idols during fan signings where they sign your albums personally in front of you. Just my two cents,I might be wrong.

Not all fan can get on stage during fan meet unless they include fan sign or high five event during fan meet but all fan can come close to the idols during album fan sign when they your album. It's easier to give present to them during fan sign too..

For guaranteed up close time with the idols and being able to talk to them directly, fansigns, but getting into a fansign isn't as guaranteed as getting into a fanmeeting (and is generally more expensive).  Pretty sure A Pink is at the stage of doing lottery-type fansigns rather than first-come-first-serve, anyway.

Huh, fansigns cost money?

Argh why didn't I like A pink when they were less popular...

Also, do I need to buy an album? You think it's ok if I just bring a paper or take a photo with them?

To get into a fansign you need to buy an album which has a ticket that is entered into a lottery (generally this is from a specific store during a specific time period)... if your ticket is drawn, you win admission.  To increase the chances of your ticket getting drawn, you may have to buy lots of albums.  That's why fansigns can increase albums sales a lot and some ppl may be dismissive of some groups' sales as a result (since it indicates that not as many individuals may have actually bought the album as the total numbers suggest).

I think typically fansigns admit something from 50-200 people.  The bump in sales from a fansign can be in the multiple thousands.
