That does not matter what car it is, rules of the road still apply. I just watched the same thing happen in front of me 2 days ago. Guy pulled out into oncoming traffic without looking for oncoming traffic and ran a PT Cruiser of the road causing it to spin out hit a guard rail spin again slam into a bridge spinning two more time before coming to a rest right in front of me, and the guy who did that didn't even stop and drove off. And since I was too busy dodging flying debris, I couldn't get the number plate before they sped off. Yeah that exact thing happened yesterday, we were going down the main road at about 55-60mph(speed limit is 55) and this car pulls out from the side road and has plenty of time to get up to speed since we were at least 10 cars back. But instead they decided to drive 45 while the entire oncoming traffic is heading towards them, and naturally everyone has to slam on the brakes and try and go around this car, while trying not to cut off the car in the lane next to us.
