depends where youre from and what and where you graduated from

My teacher told us a lot of average students are more likely to get jobs in the corporate world than the ones who graduated with honors because old workers get threatened by the latter

depends on the major and/or industry you're going into.
this is assuming you're taking the step to find jobs (going to career fairs, getting word around) rather than wait for them to come to you. Get as many connections as you can, you'll realize a lot of people who get jobs faster usually got it because they were recommended or something of the sort.

like portfolio-based careers (industrial design, architecture, graphic design, etc) care less about GPA and more about portfolio content.

most research-based careers will need to go to grad school for a consistent position or contract.

i'm in a STEM-focus school so most people are CS or engineering majors. most of the people in these fields can get a job w/ a bachelors, but in those fields i'm pretty sure GPA is important.

Here where I live, it's super easy to get a job with "just" a bachelors degree. You can honestly fill it in just like you want. For me, I speak multiple languages, am going to do my internship and minor abroad and have experience in what I'm doing. Which in my case are great skills and got me as far as to have my name on the list of multiple companies already because I'm showing them great things

Depends on your undergraduate degree, location, networking, industry, but when employers see "honours" or "masters" it indicates to them you truly have a grasp at communicating what you know. Honours (and above) gives you a skill set that no undergraduate degree ever will imo

Pick a career in a growing field. I choose technology bc it’s everywhere and there will be a steady growth for that job area (my opinion). Good luck. Don’t choose a career field you’ll hate tho lol

And yes, it’s possible to get a decent job without masters and all that stuff.
