The fact that they could invite or persuade movie stars like Kim Go-eun, Park Boyoung, Bae Doona, Jo Seungwoo etc. who never filmed dramas to star on small screen is quite an effort. These public channel dramas are all the same and boring somehow mbc also pretty much the same with kbs... only sbs that a little bit different compared to other public television network haha tvn has signal ,,,so tvn win... we better get signal part 2 next year! KBS just being lazy as usual they didnt put effort to their drama lately, they only rely to weekend drama which already guaranteed 30%++ despite good or bad. SBS don't have huge ahjumma followers for their daily drama so they relied on their primetime drama, they sometimes willing to co-produced or give more funds for production of their dramas. They also starting to accept more pre-produced drama so the quality is expected to be better. KBS is too relaxed because of their daily drama success, never put efforts in production. even DOTS (their best produced drama) technically not their production, they just buy the broadcasting right.
