The last time I slept 6 hours was a week ago

I've had chronic insomnia for years but with getting extra tasks at work lately it's gotten worse. I usually finish around 11pm and fall asleep at 2am. Wake up at 5:30-6am and then leave for work at 6:40

 

Anyone has tricks to fall asleep? Tried melatonin, asmr, meds, meditation, exercise, herbal tea, binge drinking...

hmm.. idk I've never had that problem and everything you've tried I would probably suggest :/

 

maybe something with white noise in the background would help? like a fan or something soft that would be soothing and relaxing. I particularly love the sound of fans.

You fall asleep at 2am and this is called insomnia? girl i can't sleep until 3.45am and wake up at 6.30am teach me your ways ! idontthinksobetchplz.png

 

 

I read from internet, don't worry too much about sleeping time or amount, the more you worry the worst it gets. Just sleep whenever you want, and you will sleep whenever you want.
