We in the US took marriage out of the church a long ass time ago. That is why you have to go get a license from the STATE, not your local place of worship, to qualify as a married couple and receive GOVERNMENTAL, not religious, benefits therefrom. Religious arguments about state recognition of marriage between two women or two women are therefore null and void.

If you want YOUR marriage to be between a man and a woman, more power to you. But leave everyone else alone.

I don't see anything wrong with it to be honest. People try way too hard to be PC. everything is offensive and we are offended by everything. Please.

Seriously, let people do whatever they want,, whether they are gay or lesbi, or whatever. It's democratic world.

As long as they don't hurt others, then why?

I see nothing wrong with people voting the way they want to.

It's the point of politics, to vote for what you want to happen.

People who dislike gay marriage for personal reasons are fine, its a free country (if your in the U.S.)/internet, you can blindly hate on what you want. But when you mix in religion and other shenanigans then it just proves you have no real reason to hate on anyting because you are basing your dislike/hate on a book/doctrine.

Its like the big bang theory. You have people who don't accept it because it sounds stupid and claim there's no proof for it, which is a legit criticism. Then you have the people who don't accept it because Jesus.
