I'm majoring Linguistics, I really love it but If I could choose something different, It would be one of these:

1- biology
2- physics
3- medical
4- criminology

it's a little bit hard but you will have fun if you really love it.

psychology or engineering. I have friends who study engineering and they say I'm crazy for thinking like that but some aspects seem really interesting

What aspect of engineering do you like?

environmental engineering, for example, I thought it'd be interesting to study how to preserve the environment and the effects of human activities. civil engineering seems more suited to me

Okay I see, but I was more talking about the aspect of engineering, not like the branches of engineering.

I wouldn't drop my Japanese major, but I would take on a graphic design double major.

i would switch business to east asian studies anytime

a buisiness/east asian studies double major would be better than just an east asian studies major alone. It's hard to find jobs outside of academia as an east asian studies major if you don't have any other skills lined up.
