No girl group song charted in top 10 in 2015, Although Miss A's only you was #11 and Sistar's shake it was #12. 4. So far only 3 ggs have topped the gaon year-end chart since 2010:- T-ara, Twice and Miss A vs the only boy group Big Bang 5.Miss A just missed the top 10 ranking twice in 2011 with goodbye baby(#11) and only you(#11) 6. Among the new gen groups only twice and gfriend have charted in top 10.Mamamoo's best charting on year-end chart is #12 and they have 3rd highest position on the chart among new-gen. The rankings depend on the timing of the comebacks, some songs fail to make it just because they were released late in the year, but it's still a huge achievement considering the number of songs that are released every year. Why they have a small fanbase etc. Sent from my LG-M250 using OneHallyu mobile app i dont think they have had a scandal that would effect them, they were like wondergirls or sistar which have a weak fanbase since they never sold above average physically and rarely saw them holding solo concerts etc even suzy is very popular but among general public only not big fanbase idk why maybe lack of fangirls... We all know Suzy is the top of the top now but imagine how unbalanced the team became when there's one member who far overshadows all the other members combined. Add to that the fact that they didn't have a fandom to back them up as a group and you have a group that declined. As for why they have a small fandom, its possibly cause their music is more successful than the individuals if it makes sense. Fandoms are made by the members' charms and the members of Miss A (minus Suzy) couldn't garner that kind of attention to build a supportive fanbase. Of course Suzy herself has a huge fanbase but they are more like fans of soloist/actor Suzy than Miss A's Suzy so the group didn't get much support from Suzy's fanbase either. Rough had a bit more downloads because it was released 2-3 months before but Cheer Up had better streams and probably ranked better in other criteria too (digital chart is a compilation of dls + streamings + BGM etc).
