WestWorld 1,213 Posted October 6, 2017 Share Posted October 6, 2017 So I have severe case of arthritis which sometimes makes it impossible for me to walk well or write well. These days I’ve been having a really bad flare up which means my pain feels like I’m getting hit by a baseball bat over and over and over again. My university is about 3 hours away from my home and it usually takes a long time to get back home because I have to switch trains and stuff. Today, my pain was super bad so I couldn’t even get to the train station. My brother lives in Brooklyn and he is also going home today using the train. It also takes him a long time to get back home and he worked today! So he must have been really tired. However, when I told my dad that it was really hard for me to walk, my brother decided he would go back upstate (our home...he’ll be there around 10pm) and then drive back to my University (3 hours away from our home) just to pick me up :’) although he must also be exhausted from working and traveling back home, he is still willing to make a long journey back just to pick me up.
