2014 remains superior bc it gave birth to ALL of my biases as I've just realised \(ʘ.ʘ)/

2014 will forever go down in history as the year of the K-pocalypse but it also ironically gave birth to the only talents I've stanned so far in my 8+ years being involved with Kpop lol.  

 

First up is these four queens who debuted in June and whom I've been quite vocal on OH about stanning, haha

 

It took me almost exactly 3 years to notice them but when I finally did, I was already at the point of no return lol.  They're quintessentially the definition of a complete package of looks, charms, talents, and personalities.

(Also, Moonbyul is the most flawless human being to ever walk on planet earth, period) 

 

 

Then came the debut in August of another 4-member girl group (which later was perfected to become a complete entity with 5 members)

 

who will forever hold a precious place in my heart after all the hurdles of a controversial debut and an additional member added that they had to get through to be at where they are today.  

 

(Seulgi is bae btw and she needs to be protected at all costs)

 

 

And finally, this one is a bit of a special case, because Super Junior actually debuted in 2006 but Kyuhyun only made his official solo debut in November 2014 so.. that also counts, okay! lol

 

His immense vocal talents and hilarious sense of wit were what I was drawn to immediately, and made him the first Kpop idol I ever stanned back in the first days of the Hallyu wave.

He's also a huge dork aside from being a Maths genius, I mean what's not to like?

 

 

 

So yeah, while being idle today I was suddenly reminded of the fact that all my faves were 'born' in the same year, hence the creation of this sort of shoutout post to them.  Wish Kyuhyun will be able to complete his military services smoothly 2 years from now, and may Mamamoo and Red Velvet continue to stay on top of the game and put out amazing bops for years to come

I still remember thinking to myself that he was so good looking, the handsomest even, when I first watched the MV of 'Seoul', the first ever Super Junior video that I came across.  his voice is so beautiful and warm too, which helped, and after learning of his wit and quick mind, that sealed the deal for me and he became my bias, haha.
