My teachers have pretty much said the same thing

1. make sure to move harmful objects away from them

2. cushion their head if possible

3. don't put stuff in their mouth

4. have the person on his/her side

Maybe put them in recovery position, lift up their chin so they don't choke? or smthin and lift one leg put over the other like half twist the body sideways. Scream for help and dial emergency

I can't remember so much of first aid I learned. That and choking people scare me

First thing, move them into a position that they can’t choke on their tongue or saliva. So basically they should be positioned on their sides, but you should be careful while moving them. After that cal the emergency, I remembered I learned that if the person is pregnant you should call the emergency right away.

I've had classmates and babysat kids with epilepsy/prone to fever seizures. You just make sure they don't hurt themselves during it and time it. If you can get them onto their side it's good but don't force it, don't restrain them in any way.

Don't call 911 unless it doesn't stop after a few minutes, and people can't choke on their tongues.

Not all seizures induce convulsions too. If a person goes blank, or tense, that can be a seizure.

My mom has epilepsy and she had a seizure outside our apartment complex while walking our dog. The paramedics called my step dad who then called me (I was asleep) so I had to run down and meet the paramedics. My dog was really scared and people had come to help, luckily. I was really calm about it because unless you hurt yourself in the middle of it, seizures are rarely dangerous.
