Odd question

Why do European's not use ice? Is ice something only Americans and Canadians love?

*edit since everyone seems to think I'm crazy about the whole ice thing, let me tell you a story. When I went to Europe a couple years ago (France, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands) no one put ice in the drinks anywhere we went.

These replies are weird. I went to London and Paris and at the spots I ate at, they didn't use ice in any beverages 0u0plz.png Our tour guide prepared us for it and they didn't use it so....eh....is my life a lie?

Being from Iceland, there's already already enough ice outside, I don't need to consume it.

Lol but really, I've noticed this too when I moved to America, it's like every fridge has an ice dispenser, which is pretty much a luxury where I'm from. Idk I never put ice in my drinks cause I don't like how it gets diluted
