I have the biggest dilemma

here there's a program that helps student get a room and a grant from the government

but long story short when I apply for this the person who treated my case

is a bitch and denied my access to this program saying I didn't conform to their

conditions when in reality I really do, I should be able to get both the grant and the room

I'm trying to repeal her decision but it will take some time and I'm not really sure if it'll work

 

anyways in the mean time because school starts next week

and I couldn't crash at my friend's place forever

I started looking for an appartement and I found one 

this was before I knew about me being denied of this grant

so now I have this appartement that I have to pay for

I've started looking for a job too

 

my dilemma is I can apply for another program

and get my rent cut by more than half

but my sister who gets this help already because she is my legal gardien

will lose it, it'll be lessen by a lot for her she's a student as well

and she might lose other financial help she gets from the government as well

but on the other hand if I don't get this help, I'll have to give up

on art school and go back to my sister's place and start studying law instead

(because I use to be a law student before I stoped and enter this art school)

 

My sister has done a lot for me

she basically raised me, she gave up on her education before

because she was raising me, I feel like by doing this

it will just show how ungrateful I am for everything she's done for me

I feel stuck

Can you request to talk to a different person to look over your case and let them know you're in a really time sensitive situation right now? Like there should be some kind of supervisor or someone above that person that had your case.

 

Also, talk to your sister about this. Maybe she knows of other possible solutions.

I did request that and it's in process rn

it depends on the bitch that treated my case in the first place

either she let go of it and let some else process it again

either she stands her grounds because she hates me for some reason

 

yeah I should probably talk to it with my sister

but I've been procrastinating, I'm just really bad when it comes

to having these kind of conversation
